I've been testing your system for a couple of days, and I'm sure I've done some trades that are against the rules - as we all have some bad habits to break. Mainly I just wanted to see if your system had a chance of working, or if it was just all hype like many others out there. My results have been encouraging over just two days:
Risk capital 200.00
Win/Loss Ratio 67% - partially due to my bad habits
pips gained 253
pips lost 153
Two days 100 pips - and it could've been better
My risk capital has grown by over 70% to 344.00, and I'm almost up 100% with my current "day trade" that is still open.
Just to give you some background:
I'm the guy who is always trying to find the "top" or "bottom", and trade the opposite direction. I've made thousands of pips that way, and lost even more. I've been up $100's in the morning, and down $100's more in the afternoon - all while single handedly trying to reverse a strong trend. It's crazy! If nothing more, your system has stopped me from doing that, which would have saved me Thousands of dollars over just this past year alone! Now I just wait for a "clear" setup signal - and enter the trade in the Right direction (most of the time).
I've been watching all three systems, and when I see a setup on the "scalper" I take it - and place a 10 pip stop. When it goes well, I'm watching the "day trade" to see if I stay in, moving my stop to b/e at just +10 pips. Good thing about the setup, is I'm using your system to keep me out of bad trades, get me into good trades, AND reduce my drawdown - as sometimes the market moves violently showing a setup, so I wait for the retracement (which I've never done in the past). I have never had any luck with small 10 pip stops, but now it is working like a charm - reducing drawdown, and increasing my win ratio. Further - to keep it real - day 1 was a "learning" day, so my success was mainly in day 2, as I was getting a feel for the system in day 1.
All in all - I just wanted to thank you for coming up with such a great system that works, and I'm looking forward to becoming profitable for the first time - ever. Just a shame you didn't release this before!
